What Just Flush does
Just Flush is BBB Septic's concentrated enzyme treatment for residential septic tanks. It's a maintenance product, not a substitute for pumping. Flush one water-soluble bag once a month. One bag can maintain systems up to 1,000 gallons.
It isn't a chemical. It's 100 percent non-toxic and non-pathogenic, with no salmonella or E. coli. It uses a powdered form of dry beneficial bacteria aimed at organic waste and sludge. BBB sells a 6-month supply through the shop and through technicians on job sites.
Additives don't remove the solids a tank is supposed to hold. If solids wash out into the drain field, the system has a problem and the house may be using too much water. Pumping is how the tank gets emptied and checked, and the Preferred Customer Program can put that on a schedule for you.
