Jon brings a diverse and accomplished background, with experience in mechanics, machineshop work, cabinet making, audio/video production, and concert tour management. He and his wife spent over 25 years traveling with a Christian music group on weekends and summer tours, a testament to their passion and dedication. Jon and his wife have two married children and are proud grandparents to three granddaughters. He enjoys an active lifestyle that includes biking, hiking, mountain climbing, farming, and traveling with his family. With a blend of creative insight and operational expertise, Jon is a key force behind BBB Septic’s success and direction.

A proud veteran, Dave is also deeply involved in his church and Christian education. Norman serves as the Field Operations Manager at BBB Septic, where he has been making a strong impact since joining the team in 2024. Originally from Cushing, Oklahoma, Norman approaches his work with purpose and professionalism, shaped by years of navigating complex environments and solving real-world challenges. Bethany is the Office Manager at BBB Septic and has been a valued member of the team since 2023. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Bethany brings over a decade of customer service-based administrative experience to her role, helping ensure daily operations run smoothly and customers receive top-notch support. When she's not keeping things organized at the office, Bethany is a big fan of Razorbacks baseball, enjoys singing karaoke, attending sporting events and concerts, and taking road trips. Rachel brings a decade of dedication to the BBB Septic office administrative team since 2015. With a strong background in dispatch, she also spent 10 years with Roto-Rooter Plumbing, making her a seasoned expert in coordinating fast, reliable service. Originally from the beautiful Central Coast of California, Rachel has a love for all things nostalgic—especially 90s movies and music. In her free time, she enjoys playing board and card games with friends and family. One fun fact that surprises most people? Rachel doesn’t like bacon! Amanda joined BBB Septic in 2024 and is a valued member office administrative team. With prior experience at the Arkansas Department of Health in the Onsite Wastewater Program, along with years of leadership in Children’s Ministry and Preschool programs, Amanda brings both professionalism and compassion to her role in customer service. A Springdale, Arkansas native, Amanda loves spending her free time enjoying family game nights, reading, and working on puzzles. One fun fact that surprises people? She and her husband were born just 16 hours apart, in the same hospital, delivered by the same doctor! Tony has been a trusted Septic System Specialist at BBB Septic since 2015. Originally from Muskogee, Oklahoma, Tony brings a strong background in management and expert troubleshooting skills, making him a go-to resource for both the team and customers. When he’s not solving problems in the field, Tony enjoys spending his time boating and camping—taking full advantage of the great outdoors. A fun fact that always brings a smile? Tony proudly rocks his bald head! Jamie has been a dependable Septic Maintenance Technician at BBB Septic since 2017. A native of Pea Ridge, Arkansas, Jamie is at home in the great outdoors and enjoys spending free time in nature. Ryan joined BBB Septic as a Septic Maintenance Technician in 2025. Originally from California, he brings a strong background in heavy equipment operation and septic system installation, making him a valuable asset to the company’s field operations. Ryan combines technical know-how with a passion for hands-on work. His precision, reliability, and ability to adapt in the field have already made a strong impression on his team. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys an active and adventurous lifestyle. Whether he's riding his dirtbike, rafting with his family, or fishing, he embraces the outdoors with enthusiasm. Craig joined BBB Septic in 2024, bringing valuable industry insight from his previous experience as the owner of a portable restroom company. His hands-on knowledge and dedication make him a reliable and respected member of the team. Originally from Ohio, Craig enjoys a rich life outside of work filled with meaningful time spent with his grandkids, along with a passion for reading and writing. One fun and memorable highlight from his life? He once had lunch with President Gerald Ford. Craig lives by a powerful and faith-driven life motto drawn from Romans 12:1-2: “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. Gerald joined the BBB Septic team in 2025 bringing an extraordinary range of experience to his role as Bulk Haul Driver. His background spans both civilian and military sectors, with leadership roles including Operations Manager, Logistics and Warehouse Manager, Inventory and Fleet Manager, and more. He has also served as a Military Contractor and held positions in International Armed Security, Intelligence, Counterintelligence, Surveillance, and Executive Personal Security Detail. Gerald is a certified Battlefield Trauma Medic, Ship Security Officer, Maritime Security Officer, Tactical Driver, Qualified Expert Marksman, and holds DOD Clearance with extensive training in Close Quarters Combat. Originally from Arkansas, Gerald finds balance in spending time with his family, reading, writing, and shooting. He lives by a powerful personal motto: “Failure is not an option. Move forward and never stop. No matter how bad the situation is, Tomorrow will always be better.”

John a.k.a. Johnny has been a dependable Porta Potty Route Driver at BBB Septic since 2023. Originally from Clinton, Iowa, John is known for his hard-working attitude and no-nonsense approach to getting the job done. Outside of work, you’ll find John enjoying one of his favorite pastimes—watching sports. And when it comes to fun facts? In his own words: he doesn’t have any! John keeps it simple and effective, living by the motto: “Get er done.” And that’s exactly what he does, every single day.

Derrick has been a dedicated Toilet Route Driver at BBB Septic since 2024. Originally from Sandusky, Ohio, Derrick brings reliability, determination, and a strong work ethic to his role every day. A proud Navy veteran, Derrick carries a spirit of service and resilience in everything he does. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting when he gets the chance, and spending time with his dogs.
