Yes. The plan schedules tank cleaning so you do not have to remember it, and it gives priority repair service if there is a problem. Preferred Customer Program fees start as low as $20 per month.
Benefits include a multi-point checklist at enrollment and at every service, regular maintenance checks, priority emergency service 7 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday–Friday with no overtime charges, 10% off parts and labor on non-covered repairs, and regular pumping on the agreement schedule.
The Preferred Customer Program is the scheduled-maintenance membership. Fees start as low as $20 per month.
