shop work, cabinet making, audio/video production, and concert tour management. He and his
wife spent over 25 years traveling with a Christian music group on weekends and summer tours, a testament to their passion and dedication.

Jon and his wife have two married children and are proud grandparents to three granddaughters. He enjoys an active lifestyle that includes biking, hiking, mountain climbing, farming, and traveling with his family.

With a blend of creative insight and operational expertise, Jon is a key force behind BBB Septic’s success and direction.

Dave is co-owner of BBB Septic and plays a vital role in overseeing the company’s administrative and logistics operations. With a diverse professional background—including trucking, restaurant management, outside lumber sales, and freight—Dave brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the business.

A proud veteran, Dave is also deeply involved in his church and Christian education. Outside of work, he enjoys riding his Harley, camping with his family, and spending quality time with his wife, their two married children, and seven grandchildren.

Taelor has been an integral part of the BBB Septic team since 2018. With a strong background in finance and management, Taelor helps keep the company running efficiently and effectively. Originally from Oklahoma, Taelor brings both professionalism and heart to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys hitting the gym, baking sweet treats, cheering on her boys at their sporting events, and spending quality time with her family. A few fun facts? Bethany is the Office Manager at BBB Septic and has been a valued member of the team since 2023. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Bethany brings over a decade of customer service-based administrative experience to her role, helping ensure daily operations run smoothly and customers receive top-notch support. When she's not keeping things organized at the office, Bethany is a big fan of Razorbacks baseball, enjoys singing karaoke, attending sporting events and concerts, and taking road trips.

Rachel brings a decade of dedication to the BBB Septic office administrative team since 2015. With a strong background in dispatch, she also spent 10 years with Roto-Rooter Plumbing, making her a seasoned expert in coordinating fast, reliable service.

Originally from the beautiful Central Coast of California, Rachel has a love for all things nostalgic—especially 90s movies and music. In her free time, she enjoys playing board and
card games with friends and family. One fun fact that surprises most people? Rachel doesn’t like
bacon!

Amanda joined BBB Septic in 2024 and is a valued member office administrative team. With prior experience at the Arkansas Department of Health in the Onsite Wastewater Program, along with years of leadership in Children’s Ministry and Preschool programs, Amanda brings both professionalism and compassion to her role in customer service.

A Springdale, Arkansas native, Amanda loves spending her free time enjoying family game nights, reading, and working on puzzles. One fun fact that surprises people? She and her
husband were born just 16 hours apart, in the same hospital, delivered by the same doctor!

Gerald joined the BBB Septic team in 2025 bringing an extraordinary range of experience to his role as Bulk Haul Driver. His background spans both civilian and military sectors, with leadership roles including Operations Manager, Logistics and Warehouse Manager, Inventory and Fleet Manager, and more. He has also served as a Military Contractor and held positions in International Armed Security, Intelligence, Counterintelligence, Surveillance, and Executive Personal Security Detail.


Gerald is a certified Battlefield Trauma Medic, Ship Security Officer, Maritime Security Officer, Tactical Driver, Qualified Expert Marksman, and holds DOD Clearance with extensive training in Close Quarters Combat.


Originally from Arkansas, Gerald finds balance in spending time with his family, reading, writing, and shooting. He lives by a powerful personal motto:
