Jon brings a diverse and accomplished background, with experience in mechanics, machine
shop work, cabinet making, audio/video production, and concert tour management. He and his
wife spent over 25 years traveling with a Christian music group on weekends and summer tours, a testament to their passion and dedication.

Jon and his wife have two married children and are proud grandparents to three granddaughters. He enjoys an active lifestyle that includes biking, hiking, mountain climbing, farming, and traveling with his family.

With a blend of creative insight and operational expertise, Jon is a key force behind BBB Septic’s success and direction.

Dave is co-owner of BBB Septic and plays a vital role in overseeing the company’s administrative and logistics operations. With a diverse professional background—including trucking, restaurant management, outside lumber sales, and freight—Dave brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the business.

A proud veteran, Dave is also deeply involved in his church and Christian education. Outside of work, he enjoys riding his Harley, camping with his family, and spending quality time with his wife, their two married children, and seven grandchildren.

Dave’s well-rounded experience, strong values, and hands-on leadership make him an essential
part of BBB Septic’s continued success.

Taelor has been an integral part of the BBB Septic team since 2018. With a strong background in finance and management, Taelor helps keep the company running efficiently and effectively. Originally from Oklahoma, Taelor brings both professionalism and heart to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys hitting the gym, baking sweet treats, cheering on her boys at their sporting events, and spending quality time with her family. A few fun facts? She’s a big fan of dogs and
loves WNBA basketball!

Bethany is the Office Manager at BBB Septic and has been a valued member of the team since 2023. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Bethany brings over a decade of customer service-based administrative experience to her role, helping ensure daily operations run smoothly and customers receive top-notch support. When she's not keeping things organized at the office, Bethany is a big fan of Razorbacks baseball, enjoys singing karaoke, attending sporting events and concerts, and taking road trips.


Her favorite quote, "Just keep swimming," perfectly captures her upbeat attitude and
determination.

Rachel brings a decade of dedication to the BBB Septic office administrative team since 2015. With a strong background in dispatch, she also spent 10 years with Roto-Rooter Plumbing, making her a seasoned expert in coordinating fast, reliable service.

Originally from the beautiful Central Coast of California, Rachel has a love for all things nostalgic—especially 90s movies and music. In her free time, she enjoys playing board and
card games with friends and family. One fun fact that surprises most people? Rachel doesn’t like
bacon!

She lives by the powerful advice: “Always stand up for what you believe in, even if you are standing alone.” A true testament to her integrity and strength of character.

Amanda joined BBB Septic in 2024 and is a valued member office administrative team. With prior experience at the Arkansas Department of Health in the Onsite Wastewater Program, along with years of leadership in Children’s Ministry and Preschool programs, Amanda brings both professionalism and compassion to her role in customer service.

A Springdale, Arkansas native, Amanda loves spending her free time enjoying family game nights, reading, and working on puzzles. One fun fact that surprises people? She and her
husband were born just 16 hours apart, in the same hospital, delivered by the same doctor!

Amanda is inspired by the words of Maya Angelou: “Try to be a rainbow in someone else’s cloud.” And she brings that positive energy to every customer interaction.

Lasaro has been a dedicated Route Driver at BBB Septic since 2023 bringing valuable experience in both route driving and management. His reliability and work ethic make him a key part of the field operations team.

Originally from California, Lasaro takes pride in his mixed heritage—half Mexican and half Filipino—which adds to the diverse spirit of the BBB Septic crew. In his free time, he enjoys firing up a good carne asada and spending time at the shooting range.

Lasaro lives by a powerful motto: “Respect is earned, not given,” which speaks to his integrity and commitment both on and off the job.

Ricky has been a reliable Rover Driver at BBB Septic since 2021. Originally from California, Ricky is known for being a fast, hard worker who takes pride in showing up every day and staying organized on his route.

Off the clock, Ricky enjoys quality time with his wife and kids—family is what keeps him grounded and motivated. His personal motto, “Play stupid games, win stupid prizes,” reflects his no-nonsense approach to life and work.

Jamie has been a dependable Septic Maintenance Technician at BBB Septic since 2017. With a strong work ethic and excellent people skills, Jamie is known for getting the job done right and treating every customer with respect.

A native of Pea Ridge, Arkansas, Jamie is at home in the great outdoors and enjoys spending free time in nature. Whether it’s working or unwinding, Jamie brings dedication and heart to everything he does.

He lives by the powerful words: “I do not and will not fear tomorrow. Because I feel today has been enough.” This mindset reflects his calm strength and grounded approach to life and work.

John a.k.a. Johnny has been a dependable Porta Potty Route Driver at BBB Septic since 2023. Originally from Clinton, Iowa, John is known for his hard-working attitude and no-nonsense approach to getting the job done.

Outside of work, you’ll find John enjoying one of his favorite pastimes—watching sports. And when it comes to fun facts? In his own words: he doesn’t have any!

John keeps it simple and effective, living by the motto: “Get er done.” And that’s exactly what he does, every single day.

Patrick has been a dedicated employee at BBB Septic since 2017. Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, but grew up in Cave Springs, Patrick brings consistency, care, and a thoughtful approach to his work every day.

Outside of work, he has a wide range of interests—from art and photography to animal husbandry. A fun fact about Patrick? He’s a fan of reptiles and has a passion for philosophy.

He lives by the timeless wisdom of Socrates: “The unexamined life is not worth living.” That spirit of reflection and curiosity is something he carries with him on and off the job.

Alayna has been a dedicated Portable Toilet Driver at BBB Septic since 2020, bringing reliability, energy, and a positive spirit to her role every day. Originally from Rogers, Arkansas, she’s known for her strong work ethic and love of the outdoors.

When she’s off the clock, Alayna enjoys kayaking, hiking, playing video games, and just about any outdoor adventure that comes her way.
